Could someone possibly make a few stills of the terminator t-850 model 101 (arnold S) charred face, or even just peices of metal showing. I'm looking for half of the terminator face to be done...easy enough if you just steal some shots from the movies. wink thanks

Or you could go to a makeup store and buy some cheap stuff to add to your face. I'd say that would give you the best results, unless your going for a real extreme robot look, for which a 3D model would be the only thing to give you a practical result.

i looked into protestics and they are damn expensive! It's 100$ canadian for normal latex done by a pro, and 1000$ canadian for foriegn objects such as metal...(if they can be designed) So I'm looking for ideas...This would prob look crap but is there neway i could use tinfoil and make it look decent lol?

Hey! I'm not sure if I've seen that about as a 3D mesh ... if it is it owuld be possible to do, but as has been said before ... the difficulty is in getting the mesh to work within the movie itself. As a plugin this is not so easy. You need to work a 3D program hand in hand with your movie and hand in hand with Alam DV for your other effects.

This is how it is being done in Power Corps ... even for the space craft. It means I have more control over the placement of the 3D imagery. I am compositing 3D space craft using 3DS Max within, or bluescreened, on real footage and then using AlamDV to had engines, flares, etc.

that is pretty cool, hmm but it can be improved, best thing is ur face to make it more sharpe, see if u can take a pic of ur face more sharply, or slghtly blur down the terminator robot, cos its too sharp and makes it look like, its seperate from each other. U know just blend it a bit more in and it would look really good then, but great work!
