The beginning is the first experiment with alam that I did on one of my old movies from eighth grade. The bulk of the movie, is footage of my camera being run over by a BMW Z4 when we were shooting a commercial for a local dealership. The camera somehow was still operational after the disaster and my reaction is caught on tape. The second part is completely real, it really happened and it is the exact footage I got off of the tape that was in the camera during it's demise.

Ur right it doesn't deserve a vote. In fact, don't vote at all, or give it all ones so it won't get to the top ten, cause it would suck if this raw footage, not even a movie was beating another movie in the top ten. I just put it on here cause I dunno, I thought it'd be funny. Anyway, later.

urm, rite, well, it clearly was fake, by the fact, the car got close to the camera, then random fuzz, then it was working perfectly with a random bit of plastic...

quite kewl tho smile not worth uploading really, 1 star, at most...

TMM it was real, all it did was tear off the lcd screen that was sticking out. The random fuzz was an anomoly, and I dunno why it did that, but that's what came out of the wreckage. I can mail you the parts if u want haha. And cold - The shot was purposeful. He was supposed to drive by the camera with the car for the final shot of the BMW commercial. Things didn't seem to work out as planned however. Anyway, I'm getting too anxious waiting for this Matrix movie to come out. CX3 has to post it on his web space first though. Sorry for all the ugly movies coming from my end, hopefully The Matrix: An Untold Story will be up to par....these are all old anyway. Latz.

PS cold - It was me telling the assistant to watch the opposite direction that the cars were coming so it wouldn't get run over from behind. I didn't expect that the target car was going to run it over. Oh well. Lesson learned I guess.

upon further analysis, and watching it repeatedly and pausing it and skipping through the frames, and discussion in the chatroom - i believe it is real...

I also found out, from sollthar, that the fuzz would be the results of the heads getting jogged so not recording onto the tape properly, so that's y it kinda pauses, then goes all crazy, then goes back to normal, apparently crazy

I believe ya smile

That was almost awesome. pretty cool, but it got too fuzzy to get the full effect. So it's just slightly below awesome.

Completly stupid! I don't think that you deserve to have a camera...
Okay I admit it, I already broke my camera because of rain humidity, but that's all! razz

Sometimes if u let it sit open in a dry place it works again. Hehe, it had happened to that camera too before it got run over. The camera still works it just doens't have an LCD screen anymore, and there is some medium body damage. And the light doensn't work....and the lens is cockeyed, but it doesn't affect the image. JVC is a good brand...

That would have been a bad shot anyway. You should have made a perfectly flat surface for the camera to rest on. It looked like it was right on the ground.

You're right, but oh well... I didn't really give a $hit about that commercial anyway. I was doing a friend a favor and he ran my camera over - grrr

You should tell JVC. It could well be a good advert for them cameras. Super strong biggrin
